GMAW welder — Srinagar

You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
