The role involves capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots.
