You will run first-off inspection and sign off the part; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; write and edit G-code programs at the control; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. You should bring minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls; willing to work rotating day and night shifts; able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm. Rotating shifts.
