Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Mungeli, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
