Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Baloda Bazar, State of Chhattisgarh. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should bring keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth. Full-time with occasional weekends. ₹220 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
