The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. We are looking for able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
