Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bhiwani, State of Haryana. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher We offer ₹34,500 per month plus benefits. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
