Horizontal milling machine operator • Garhwa, State of Jharkhand

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Garhwa, State of Jharkhand. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. You should bring experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges. Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
