We are recruiting: backhoe operator (State of Gujarat)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Arvalli, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. We are looking for confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances; own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat. Day-to-day duties: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
