Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Kamareddy, State of Telangana. You will work in a die and mould making unit. You should bring proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges; ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade. Day-to-day duties: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Rotating shifts.
