Panel welder • Samastipur, State of Bihar

Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in Samastipur, State of Bihar. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Ideally you have comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium; able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings; ITI in welder trade or equivalent. Day to day you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹34,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
