Construction helper wanted in Vizianagaram District

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction helper in Vizianagaram District, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work on a commercial building project. Day to day you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. We are looking for prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites; site safety induction or labour card an advantage; punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹18,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
