Die-casting operator • Bhadradri Kothagudem, State of Telangana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Bhadradri Kothagudem, State of Telangana. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Meals and transport allowance provided.
