Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
