Bread and bun maker • Khawzawl, Mizoram

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Khawzawl, Mizoram. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideally you have able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; accurate at weighing and following recipes; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics.
