We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Banas Kantha, State of Gujarat. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₹220 per hour plus benefits.
