Fine-dining server — Namsai

Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Namsai, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is in a café. On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Ideally you have ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
