We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork erector in Banka, State of Bihar. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 1+ years on the tools preferred.
