HSE officer wanted in Bageshwar

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE officer in Bageshwar, State of Uttarakhand. You will work at a manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action We are looking for sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations; able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements.
