We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Raigarh, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time, day shift.
