Baker wanted in Dindigul

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Dindigul, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideally you have understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; 2+ years' experience as a baker. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
