Your main tasks: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
