Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Purnia, State of Bihar. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideally you have good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; punctual, reliable and hard-working. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹32,000 per month, based on your experience.
