Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Six days a week, one day off. ₹90 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
