Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Sawai Madhopur, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Ideally you have knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron; ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade. The role involves set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
