Bread baker — Mayurbhanj

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Mayurbhanj, State of Odisha. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to work early-morning and night shifts. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
