Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Uttar Bastar Kanker, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
