Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Tuensang District, State of Nagaland. You should bring comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
