Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pudukkottai, State of Tamil Nadu. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. We are looking for can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
