Counter butcher — Mansa

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Mansa, State of Punjab. You will be based at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
