Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Karimnagar, State of Telangana. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts We are looking for able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths.
