Bar bender and fixer — Tirupattur district

Now hiring: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Tirupattur district, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. The role involves install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates 6+ years on the tools preferred.
