You should bring keen attention to detail and a steady hand; sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners. Day to day you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust.
