Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Bid, State of Maharashtra. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches You should bring able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
