Argon welding operator • Kozhikode, State of Kerala

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
