Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Panchkula, State of Haryana. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Pay around ₹31,500 per month, based on your experience.
