We are looking for comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line; able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown. You will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality.
