Groundworker — Biswanath

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Biswanath, Assam. The job is on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate Requirements: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
