Immediate opening: prep cook (State of Andhra Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Krishna, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideally you have sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹27,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
