Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Janjgir-Champa, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a banquet hall. We are looking for keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
