Immediate opening: quality control inspector (State of Tamil Nadu)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Villupuram, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches We are looking for ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade; prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing; able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
