Dishwasher wanted in Ri-Bhoi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya. The job is in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. We are looking for comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. Rotating shifts.
