Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. We are looking for aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
