Back-of-house cleaner • Lohardaga, State of Jharkhand

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lohardaga, State of Jharkhand. You will be based in a catering unit. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
