Halal butcher wanted in Saraikela

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Saraikela, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings We are looking for food hygiene / HACCP certificate; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; confident knife skills and safe blade handling.
