Urgent requirement: general labourer (Mizoram)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a general labourer in Serchhip, Mizoram. Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹35,000 per month, based on your experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Rotating shifts.
