Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens The role involves press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers.
