Coating plant operator — District Banda

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in District Banda, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should bring able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes.
