We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Banswara, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a wholesale meat market. We are looking for clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₹37,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
