Confectioner wanted in Baudh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Baudh, State of Odisha. The job is at a busy bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₹230 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time with occasional weekends.
